Contract to PAYG

I changed from Monthly to PAYG within O2 on the 29th May. Within 24 hrs my temporary number was working and my keep number I wanted migrated seems to be blocked between O2 Contract and O2 PAYG. Neither of the customer services and sort this issue out...
