Oops Cannot Access Live Sim Account

O2 Support once attempted to 'fix' my iCloud email linked Sim Only Account.Yet it's a previous closed account that can be used via myo2.Though iPhone 14 handset is VM 3 of 36 months to complete.Id'e need to access Sim part for inclusive data etc yet ...

Cannot extend the ringing before voicemail is applied.

I want the ringing ro ke more then it is atm because voicemail has answered? I have tried the code that has been given but I get a message to contact customer services. Ant ideas?
