I've just updated to a new SIM card because my old one is no longer supported but, I have quite a bit of credit left on my old SIM card and need to transfer that balance to my new one. How do I do this?

@FoxesRock you can do this, but the number you transfer the balance from will be disconnected and cancelled.
If you message O2 via one of the 2 links below, O2's Social Media team will do this for you. Be persistent until an agent engages with you - and have the old and new SIMs convenient, in case you are asked to read the number(s) off either for the transfer to happen. Good luck!
