My extra has never worked since I upgraded. I spoke to Amazon support who told me it's an issue on O2 side and only O2 can fix it. I spoke to 5 different people from O2 and none of them could even understand the issue I was telling them. They all thought I was saying I was having issues with using my extra and told me to get help from Amazon. It's super frustrating that support can't even understand what I'm saying to them. I could not have made it any more clear.
What's the chances of O2 giving me a different extra for free since the one I chose straight up never worked?
I picked Amazon music but i just kept getting an error trying to redeem it.

My issue is I don't have accounts for the social media O2 are on and I am not making an account on an external platform to try and get help. It should not require publicly calling O2 out on social media to get help for my products.
