30 refund

Hello I tried getting a phone on contract yesterday but I didn’t pass the credit check however the £30 upfront payment was taken out of my card and still hasn’t been refunded , will I get it back?

The deposit amount, £30 in this case, has been marked by your card provider or bank for the new contract - if the application fails, the money will be returned to your card account or bank account by the credit card company or bank within about a week.

O2 have not taken the money, @Gabby2.
